1.How many employees does MinHon have?

At present, our company has 50 people, two shifts, day and night shift.The project engineering department has a total of 5 people, 5 designers and 15 management staff.

2.What industries do you serve?

We serve markets like OA equipment, IT product, Automotive, Home and entertainment appliances, Medical products and more.

3.How many moulds can you make every month?

We can make 20-25 sets molds every month without outsourcing.


4. What is your standard quote lead time?
Normally within 2 working days after we get the necessary information from customers.

5. What kinds of standard mold you can build?
For the measurement standard, we can build both metric and imperial standard mold. For the component standard, it is base on DME or HASCO standard normally, and again it will be totally decided by the requirements of the customer.

6. What type of CAD Files is acceptable for you?
IGS, STEP, STP, X_T, PRT, DWG, STL, DXF, PDF etc. CAD formats are acceptable for us.

7. Do you build hot runner molds?
Yes, we build hot runner molds and are familiar with many different systems such as DME, MoldMaster, Mastertip, Hasco, Yudo, synventive, and Husky, etc. The manifold used for your tool is selected to meet your needs.

8. Have you ever built over mold, insert mold, two-color mold, double stack mold and electroformed mold?
Yes, we have experience in producing all these kinds of moulds.

9. Can you provide USA or Europe made components?
We can purchase any requested brand components from their China agency.

10. What kind of steel do you use to make mold?
We can use all types of steel appointed by customer. Usually we use Swiss ASSAB, German EDEL, Japanese DAIDO etc.

11.Where do you buy the mold base?
Usually we buy the mold base from LKMDMEFUTABA and MINGLEE .

12. Can you provide the steel certificate and heat-treatment certificate?
Yes, we can. The steel supplier and heat-treatment factory can provide the certificates.

13. Do you use graphite or copper to be electrode?
We use both of them.

14. Who pay the cost of modification?
The small changes are free. But for the great changes, if it is our fault, we pay; Customer’s fault, customer pay; both fault, both pay.

15. How do we send sample?
The quote we submit to you including the cost of sample delivery. We send sample by DHL, FEDEX, UPS, and TNT. It takes 3-5 days deliver to Europe or USA.

16. Do you sign non-disclose agreement?
Yes. We understand the sensitive nature of customer project. If we didn’t get customer approval, we will not disclose any kinds of information to the third party.

17. How do you pack the mold?
It all depends where the molds are shipped. For the mold inland: general packing method. For the mold exported oversea: we pack it strictly according to customer requirement, if without special customer specification, we will pack it according to our export regulation.

18. Will you provide spare parts for the damageable parts of molds?
Yes, we will. The damageable parts and spare parts will be listed during mould design stage, and then confirmed by customer, it will be completed on agreed lead time, after confirmation received from the client party, and then packed, shipped with the mould together.

19. Are there any attachment will be shipped with mold together in case?
There are electrodes, spare part, product checking report, photos of the mould, steel certification etc. And we can provide CPK, PPAP, PFMEA report as well.

20. What can you do for quality assurance?
We promise all moulds for pre-hardening P-20/NAK80 can produce 500,000.00 shots or use at least one year and all moulds for pre-hardening H-13/S136 can produce 1,000,000.00 shots or use at least one year.

21.Can you explain your terms of payment?
Generally we quote base on FOB Shenzhen or Hongkong. For new mold, 40% deposit 30% on first trial, 30% before delivery. For modify mold, 100% one week upon the approval of the updated samples. For prototype mold, pay 50% when place P.O, and another 50% before mold delivery.
